How You Feel Will Determine What You Eat

A lot of people put unnecessary weight on because a lot of the time because of the way they are feeling. If you are not feeling that good chances are that you eat just for the sake of it, or ‘comfort food’ as it’s better known.

So how you feel is very important in your choice of food. Have you ever gone to a supermarket and you feel hungry? Did you come out with a load more shopping than you normally would?

Make no mistake, feelings are important especially if you’re trying to lose weight.

How you feel will also determine the fat loss system or program you choose will be a success or not. What makes people pay out a lot of money for a system to lose weight and further down the road they give up? Normally it’s down to how you feel.

Why Exercise is Becoming a Struggle For Me – Sick Husband Update

If you are a regular reader of my blog, you will know that my husband is awaiting a heart bypass operation (see previous post http://sensibleslimming.com/sensible-diets-my-struggle-to-convert-my-husband-to-healthy-eating/ ).

We have adapted pretty well to the healthy eating part, which has not been difficult for me as I am a healthy eater anyway, but  Phil is finding it more difficult, being a crisps, salted nuts and cakes fan, which he has obviously had to give up and find acceptable alternatives.  But he knows that he if wants to stay alive, then he has to be sensible about it.  We do still eat out at a weekend and have a few treats, but during the week we manage to stick to a healthy diet without to much difficulty.
